The staff was very friendly and did what they could to make my stay pleasant. The lady at the front desk was slammed with lots of people in the lobby and the phone ringing nonstop and she kept her composure and remained calm and was efficient with getting everyone taken care of. Very professional. And the housekeeper on duty was also busting her butt you could see trying to get things done, and she stopped what she was doing to help me when the first room I was in had bad plumbing. She immediately stopped what she was doing and went to the front office and had my room switched, no questions asked. Very polite staff all around and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

From day one the second I checked in things were not only as to be expected from advertisements, but above and beyond. When an issue did come up the night auditor was on top of it. Of course our issue had to be a unique one and when the night auditor could not solve the issue himself, he called for help whom was there in minutes to solve the issue. Opportunity presented itself out of the issue, and actually presented a job opportunity. Of which I'm greatful.

Everything was fine except we needed clean sheets and I had already gotten them and when I left and came back there was more sheets on the other bed and my friend was in our room asleep and now she has money missing 60-80$
